You are bidding on a sweet pair of 1980/90s Palmettos surf shorts. They have a great retro pattern to stand out anywhere! The shorts are neon blue with graphics not he front and back. They are not lined, they have zero pockets, and are 100% nylon. They have an elastic waist (no drawstring). The tag doesnt read a size but fits like a Small. Total length is 15 inches and inseam is 3 inches. The unstretched waist measures 22 inches and can stretch up to 38 inches.
