    Description

Up for auction is a animation cel drawing of Chernabog that was created in the Disney Studio.
It is glued to a black paper.
A number of years ago, a collector broke apart a animator's book of cel drawings of Chernabog and offered them individually on eBay.  He had acquired them from a reputable auction house.  Both this Seller and the auction house stated that the drawings were cel drawings dating to 1939 / 1940 used in the animation of Fantasia.
However, all other animation drawings from Fantasia I have seen have five peg / registration holes, not three holes like this drawing.  I therefore suspect this drawing and the others were done later for another purpose at Disney.  The drawing itself and the others that came out of the book, otherwise appear to be 1940 Fantasia Cel Drawings of Chernabog - just the registration hole number is wrong.

ALL SALES TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS / BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE  MADE "AS IS WITHOUT REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AS TO CONDITION OR WHETHER THE ITEM IS ACCURATELY DESCRIBED. SUCH INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ASSUME ALL RISK OF RECEIVING AN ITEM THAT IS DIFFERENT THEN AS DESCRIBED."
My apologies that I have to adopt this policy but eBay recently changed its global shipping policy so that international bidders can now open claims directly against Sellers and such claims are decided by eBay employees in the Buyers country.  Unfortunately this is being used by dishonest international Buyers as a way to extort U.S. Sellers as the Seller is either forced to pay for a costly return or provide a refund.  This was the entire reason eBay put into place the Global Shipping program because U.S. Sellers stopped selling internationally.
