Vintage 1981 Willie Nelson Backstage Pass Music Tour Rock Collectible Brass?

This badge is from 1981. I believe it's made of brass, but I'm not sure. It is in good condition. It does have some wear from age. Please look over the pictures.
The badge measures 2" across and the key ring measures 1  13/16".
