Hello again from AxeMasters. We specialize is manufacturing slotted guitar nuts from brass and bone. We are happy to offer our slotted brass nut for Music Man CLASSIC Sting Ray 4Bass guitar.
Brass adds a treble "ring" to your playing.  Far superior to the dull thud of a plastic nut.
Our nut is hand-ground and sanded from solid musical brass and round-slotted for perfect string placement. All hand-made - no machines. Length 1.62", height .19", thickness .12".
