Hello again from AxeMasters. We are happy to offer our slotted BRASS Nut as a direct drop-in replacement for your Epi Thunderbird bass nut.
Brass is the "gold standard"
for nut materials due to the "ring" that it adds to your tone.  And,
nut slot wear issues are eliminated
since brass is so tough.
Our nut is hand ground and sanded from solid musical brass and round-slotted for perfect string placement. All hand-made - no machines. Very attractive brushed surface finish. Fits any T-Bird bass that uses the following dimensions -  length 1.73", height .37", thickness .25".
