    Description

    SET OF 3 MOLDS FOR CHEESEMAKING
    MOLD WITH FOLLOWER: This particular mold is cylindrical and measures 82mm (3.22”) inside diameter with a height of 90mm (3.54”) and comes complete with a fitted base and a follower. This mold produces a hard cheese up to about 12 oz. and can also produce cheeses that will just fit our medium wooden cheese box too.
    CYLINDER MOLD: This particular mold is cylindrical and measures 110mm (4.33”) inside diameter with a height of 110mm (4.33”). The cheese that this mold produces will just fit our large wooden cheese box too and will produce a 1.5lb (750g) cheese. Perfect for Brie and Camembert too!
    SMALL RICOTTA MOLD: This is our small size Ricotta basket mold measuring 80mm (3 1/4") at the base, 110mm (4 1/4") at the top and 80mm (3 1/4") tall. This mold has large slits to allow rapid drainage needed for Ricotta production.
