You're probably wondering why you only get a panel instead of a whole ball.  Interesting story, when OJ SIMPSON was supposed to sign the balls he was incarcerated for some legal issue (allegedly he committed a double homicide).  The balls could not be brought into the prison for him to sign so the panels were removed from the balls so that he could autograph them.
