Matt McKasty 1.37" Handmade Contemporary Planet Art Glass Marble

Thank you for checking out my work. This borosilicate glass marble was handmade in my home studio using various colors and flameworking techniques. I make each piece individually from start to finish putting a great deal of care and attention into each one. No two are ever alike. Everything I make is run through a proper annealing cyclein a digital kiln for strength and durability. All my work comes un-signed by default, but I will be more than happy to titanium sign and date it at the buyer’srequest. My current signature reads BACKBEAT ’21.
Up for auction today is a beautiful 1.37" (34.9mm) planet marble featuring Root Beer, Alaskan Thunder under clear, Experemental Green, Antidote, Opaque Aqua,and Red Elvis. The root beer side has some light frit dustings and the Alaskan Thunder side has some stringer work and an Amber Purple pinwheel
