European Style Artisan Farmstead Cheese Made in Small Batches!We are Ludwig, producers of European style artisan farmstead cheese made in small batches with day-fresh milk from our own Jersey and Holstein cows.
We are a Farmstead Creamery, which means that all of our milk is produced on our farm where our creamery sits. All of the milk our cows produce is used to make our great tasting cheese.
We take great care in the raising, handling, and feeding of our cows and in turn they consistently give us the highest quality milk to make our cheese. We are Certified Humane in the raising, handling, and feeding of our cows.
Our milk is free of hormones and antibiotics.
