Material is a very good cold crack material and is very hard to tear, called black Surlast All Weather Fabric
Best if you measure .. I like the measurements to be from the outside of the trim (that goes around your wheel well),
LENGTH.---MEASURE FROM OUTSIDE OF TRIM ACROSS THE TOP OF WHEEL WELL TO OUTSIDE OF TRIM.
WIDTH.---- MEASURE FROM THE BOTTOM OF FRAME TO THE TOP OF TRIM.-- some units may have the siding over the top trim but just figure about 1.5 inches above the top of wheel well
Comes with  stainless steel  self tapping screws.. all you need is a screw gun.  I locate the last snap up 6 inches so you don't have to predrill into the trailer frame.
Snaps are located about 8-12 inches apart.
My material will come down to about the bottom of the frame , keeping it off the ice from flooding or wet slush banking..  just shovel some snow against it when banking.  Make sure you  take off covers before lifting up unit.
Note the last pictures are showing measuring across the top of wheel well to outside of trim.. then from the  bottom of frame to top of trim -- is  this picture the siding is covering the trim so you have to kinda guess where it is
usually
about 1.5 inches above opening.
