Epson Stylus Pro 4900 for parts/ tech support - Never used had error at start up

Description

I turned this machine on about 2 years ago followed the prompts until it was time to test print.  I received an error message I have been told was common with this printer. I do not have enough experience to trouble shoot.  Tech support was not helpful (not enough for me anyway).  I never printed 1 print but I did load the ink.
I never went back to it.  Time to move it out.  If you are good with these maybe you can make it work or use the parts or print head.
I do not have the original box.
