Coat Clothing Vest Winter Cold Weather Cool Weather Down

Here is a vest. My best guess is wearing it when ever you feel cold or cool.  It is a Jones New York. Size Small.  Zippered front. Zippered side pockets. 80% down 20% feathers. Polyester.
Color is a sort of shiny bluish. Picture looks like solid blue,but its my nu not solid blue. Has a sort of silver blue look.
