Description
Kit for making real camembert cheese at home. You can get two 250g cheeses out of 10 litres of milk (depends on milk fat and protein content).Includes:
Liquid cheese rennet for 10 litres of milk.
Calcium Chloride
Geotrichum Candidum white mould culture.
Penicillum Candidum white mould culture.
Measuring Spoon
Instructions in Russian and English.
You might need: food termometer, cheese mold.

Список заквасок и дополнительных компонентов, входящих в состав набора:
1. Закваска для сыра Камамбер на 10 л молока, флакон-пробник
2. Культура белой плесени Geotrichum Candidum на 10 л молока
3. Культура белой плесени Penicillium Candidum на 10 л молока
4. Кальций хлористый пищевой пакет 2 г, (для внесения в молоко)
5. Ложка мерная 0,2 мл (для дозирования молокосвертывающего фермента).
К данному набору от вас может понадобиться термометр, форма для сыра, салфетка. Готовый сыр: мягкий сыр, созревающий с белой плесенью на поверхности. Корочка тонкая, белая с поверхностной плесенью Penicillium camemberti. Цвет сырного теста от белого до желтоватого.
После получения товара, закваску хранить в холодильнике.
