    Description

    Incredibly rare-these are like below the knee  short pants or long shorts, beach wear, elastic at leg ends + tie string. 2 pockets on sides. These were actually unisex. Brand and size tags removed. Probably vintage 1990's but could be 2000's too. 1 dot stain ( photo 7) but no big deal. Drawstring is gone but elastic is fine.
    Measurements: Men's 29" waist when flat, will stretch up to 40" so best for 32-38" waists.  , 26
