    Rare Bob Foster Black Crappie ice fishing decoy . In a personal collection for many years . First one I've had for some time . Weighted for use or display . Appears unused . Bob hails from West Des Moines Iowa and was a protege and collaborator of DFD carver Dave Perkins . He has his own Folksy style and his fish have been widely collected .  Use or display .
