Condition:  Rare and storied crew signed Apollo
15 signed lunar module flown cover with original notarized COA signed by the crew as signed (this is fully intact but just cropped by my scanner)...most advanced students know this story well of the unauthorized nature of these covers taken on board, confiscated by NASA after the flight, and then the legal battle that ensued which resulted in the return of the covers to the crew and effectively ended the flying career of the 3 astronauts...A truly rare
find and would make the highlight of a world class space collection...
