1940-50s FOLK ART PAINT STORE TRADE SIGN DISPLAY PIECE

Description

Great oversized folk art figural trade sign display piece. The 26" long wood brush has a turned spindle shaft and a carved 3" wide brush head. Awesome original paint. The brush dates from 1940-50s.
The shadow box mounting is half of a 19th century home made pine fiddle case.
SIZE: 28" x 10" and 7" x 3" deep
CONDITION: Expected aging and wear with outstanding untouched surface patina on all. Please use photos and description to determine condition.
